Part-Time Retail Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the management team of its Nashville store. You will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while delivering the brand’s signature customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and support revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing feedback and guidance.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual standards, and safety compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Uphold Levi’s policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and brand heritage.
• Ability to meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 40 lb, move around the store, and use ladders.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

Required skills

• Physical ability to handle heavy lifting and frequent movement.
