Part-Time Retail Keyholder at Danbury Fair Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Keyholder to join the Danbury Fair Mall store team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create a welcoming environment while supporting sales, merchandising and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring security and compliance with company policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guide associates in best‑practice selling techniques.
• Assist with stock replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining an organized sales floor.
• Coach and train team members on product knowledge, store standards and sales goals.
• Support the leadership team in driving sales performance and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent physical activity such as kneeling, reaching and climbing ladders.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales targets.
• Adheres to Levi’s policies, procedures and store directives.
