Part-Time Retail Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Supervisor to join the store management team at Danbury Fair Mall. You will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing guidance and feedback.
• Manage daily store operations, maintaining efficiency and high standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
• Uphold Levi’s policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
