Part-Time Retail Key Holder – Empire Outlets, Staten Island

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Key Holder for its Empire Outlets store in Staten Island. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create a memorable shopping experience by supporting sales, merchandising, and daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist with sales initiatives, visual merchandising, and product placement.
• Support store leadership in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
• Handle store opening/closing duties, including key control and security.
• Maintain store standards by stocking the floor, moving inventory, and performing light lifting.

Required profile

• Embraces Levi’s brand values of originality, integrity, empathy, and courage.
• Demonstrates a performance‑driven mindset and meets or exceeds sales goals.
• Can lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders as needed.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
