Part-Time Remote Child & Family Therapist (California Licensed)

About the role

Clarity Pediatrics is seeking licensed Child and Family Therapists to join our remote, multidisciplinary team. You’ll provide clinical services focused on ADHD and anxiety assessments and may lead parenting groups such as Parent Training in Behavior Management (BPT).

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ADHD and anxiety assessments and intake evaluations for new patients and families.
• Provide personalized treatment recommendations, including referrals to community providers when appropriate.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, integrated care.

Required profile

• Licensed mental health professional (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW) with a master’s degree.
• Currently licensed in California and open to obtaining licensure in additional states.
• Experience in integrated care settings using evidence‑based approaches for pediatric ADHD and anxiety.
• Tech‑savvy, quick learner, and enthusiastic about virtual behavioral health care.

What we offer

• Clinical hourly rate of $62–$84 per completed session.
• Administrative hourly rate of $25 for non‑clinical time.
• Flexible part‑time schedule: 8–25 hours per week, up to 8 hours per day.
