Part-Time Psychology Faculty (Remote)

About the role

University of Arkansas Grantham is seeking part‑time faculty members to teach psychology courses online. The position is fully remote and serves students across multiple states, with a typical load of up to 70 learners at any time.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver eight‑week online psychology courses using the Blackboard learning platform.
• Develop course materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with program objectives.
• Provide timely feedback and support to students through virtual office hours and discussion forums.
• Maintain academic integrity and adhere to university policies.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Psychology or a closely related field.
• Experience teaching or tutoring in an online environment.
• Ability to work full‑time in one of the eligible U.S. states.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Blackboard Learning Management System.
