Part-Time Leasing Professional – Affinity at Wendell

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for Affinity at Wendell, a new townhome community in Wendell, NC. This part‑time position focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals through direct leasing interactions and resident satisfaction support.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and generate reports.

Required profile

• Available to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends, not exceeding 25 hours per week.
• Ability to conduct property tours, process applications, and handle lease signings.
• Strong attention to detail for unit inspections and move‑in preparation.
