Part-Time Keyholder at Burlington Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Keyholder to support the Burlington Mall store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience through customer service, sales, merchandising and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach store staff to deliver authentic customer service and meet sales goals.
• Assist with product placement, visual merchandising and maintaining store operations.
• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and training team members.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and handle tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb., moving merchandise and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet or exceed individual and store sales performance targets.
• Willingness to follow store policies, procedures and directives from management.
• Capable of performing physical tasks including heavy lifting, kneeling and climbing ladders.
