Part-Time Retail Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the management team at the Burlington Mall store. The role focuses on driving sales, coaching associates, and ensuring operational excellence while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing effective leadership and support.
• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Compliance with all Levi’s store policies and procedures.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 years or older.
