Full-Time Retail Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. isn’t your typical retailer. Supervisors contribute as an integral member of the store management team by implementing strategies and operational excellence that ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor team members through effective leadership.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Adherence to Levi’s store policies, procedures, and programs.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb., kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 or older.
