Part-Time Customer Support Specialist - Online Banking

About the role

The Electronic Services department of a bank is hiring a part-time Customer Support Specialist in Pleasant Grove, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. The department is relocating to Springville in the future. The role calls for strong organization and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, efficiency and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a broad range of electronic banking services
• Help customers set up, maintain and use Online Banking and Online Business Banking platforms
• Support customers by phone and live chat
• Maintain professional relationships with external vendors and agencies
• Help customers make effective use of the bank's electronic products and services
• Additional duties and special projects may be assigned as needed

Required profile

• Customer service experience
• Able to pass background and credit screenings
• Able to work legally in the U.S.

Required skills

• Word processing and spreadsheets are helpful
• Knowledge of Bankrite Touch is helpful
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Excellent stress management, team player, self-motivated, time management
