Painter for The Lumiere Property

About the role

The Painter is responsible for painting interior and exterior areas of the property, preparing apartments for move‑in and supporting the maintenance team with service requests as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor and complete work order requests from supervisors, community staff and residents.
• Paint interiors and exteriors of apartments in accordance with Greystar guidelines.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas after each painting job.
• Manage inventory of painting supplies, order items within budget, and assist with vendor scheduling.
• Prepare and submit property invoices accurately.
