Packaging Operator

About the role

Packaging Operators are the last line of defense in ensuring quality beer reaches customers. Safety first, quality always, then volume. The role involves operating high‑speed kegging, canning and bottling lines and maintaining a clean environment. Prior packaging experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Package various styles of beer on site (kegging, bottling, or canning).
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout the brewery.
• Ensure Four Peaks’ quality and safety standards are met.
• Operate a forklift responsibly after on‑site training.
• Meet daily packaging schedules for kegs, bottles, or cans.
• Communicate with brewers and logistics to prioritize packaging.
• Accurately record packaged amounts in required logs.
• Follow standard operating procedures for packaging lines.
• Inspect final packaged items, stamp lot numbers, and remove defective units.

Required profile

• Prior packaging experience (beverage packaging preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• General knowledge of brewing technology and equipment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work required shifts.
• Works under general supervision with detailed instruction.
