Maintenance Technician – Overnight Shift

About the role

Join Anheuser‑Busch’s Lexington brewing facility as an Overnight Maintenance Technician. You will work alongside production teams to keep equipment running reliably in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, supporting brewing, packaging, quality and logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders and provide maintenance support across all plant areas, including equipment repair, disassembly/reassembly, and part replacement.
• Perform electrical tasks up to 480 VAC 3‑phase, troubleshoot PLCs, variable frequency drives, and maintain control systems.
• Carry out mechanical work such as bearing, chain, motor/gearbox, valve, pump, hydraulic and lubrication maintenance.
• Use the CMMS to record corrective and preventive maintenance, issue parts, and document equipment issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years of industrial mechanical/electrical experience or a two‑year technical degree.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, use multimeters, and follow lock‑out/tag‑out safety procedures.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, lift up to 50 lb and work at heights and in varying temperatures.

Required skills

• Electrical work up to 480 VAC 3‑phase.
• PLC troubleshooting and variable frequency drive maintenance.
• Mechanical maintenance of bearings, chains, motors, gearboxes, valves, pumps, hydraulics and lubrication.
• Experience with boilers, chillers, compressors and bulk CO₂ systems.
• Proficiency with multimeters, reading schematics, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
