Packaging Assistant – Design Support

About the role

We are looking for a Packaging Assistant to support our Packaging Design Team. You will help keep the design workflow organized and ensure that samples, artwork, and packaging concepts are prepared efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Packaging Design Team with general organization tasks.
• Distribute design, licensor, and sales samples.
• Tag, pin, and file samples and packaging materials.
• Mock up special packaging in-house.
• Prepare concept submissions for socks, slippers, and packaging.
• Support meeting preparation and documentation.
• Download and organize artwork from licensors.
• Order supplies and maintain the design/development timeline calendar.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, team player, friendly and cooperative.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, organized, hardworking and intelligent.
• College degree.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
