Outside Sales Representative - Emergency Response

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to act as an Emergency Response Coordinator for a growing property restoration organization. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, responding to fire and property emergencies, and guiding property owners through recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout Pierce County and South King County.
• Monitor emergency notification systems and respond quickly to incidents, including evenings, overnight hours, and weekends.
• Engage homeowners and commercial property owners after emergencies to introduce restoration services and secure agreements.
• Build relationships with fire departments, first responders, insurance professionals, property managers, and community stakeholders.
• Develop creative lead‑generation strategies and maintain an independent sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with restoration and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Proven outside sales experience with a strong hunter mentality.
• Ability to work independently in a competitive, commission‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• High emotional intelligence to balance empathy with assertiveness.
• Willingness to respond to emergencies outside traditional business hours.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
