Outbound Appointment Setter / Cold Caller (US B2B Home Services)

About the role

We are seeking a confident, English‑fluent Appointment Setter to lead our outbound sales outreach for commercial exterior cleaning and debris‑hauling services. You will contact local businesses, schedule qualified appointments, and follow up via email and text.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls during US Eastern business hours for two separate campaigns.
• Book qualified appointments and demos on the company calendar.
• Log every call, outcome, and follow‑up activity in the QuoteIQ CRM.
• Send follow‑up emails and texts using proven scripts.
• Provide a short end‑of‑day report summarising calls made, contacts reached, and appointments booked.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales (US clients preferred).
• Reliable computer, quality headset, and stable high‑speed internet connection.
• Availability to work US Eastern time‑zone hours.
• Organized, coachable, and comfortable handling rejection.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QuoteIQ CRM (training provided).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace for email and document handling.

What we offer

• Starting at ~20 hours per week with potential to grow to full‑time.
• Compensation of $700–$950 per month plus performance bonuses for attended appointments.
