About the role
Pair Eyewear is looking for an Organic Social & Community Manager to be the voice of the brand across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms. You will drive organic content strategy, collaborate with creative teams, and nurture a vibrant community of loyal customers and creators.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organic social strategy, planning and publishing schedule for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and new platforms.
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with product drops, licensed collections, seasonal moments and brand initiatives.
- Partner with creative teams to brief and produce channel‑native assets, from polished brand visuals to lo‑fi UGC‑style formats.
- Monitor platform trends and algorithm changes, providing forward‑looking recommendations to the marketing team.
- Manage the community inbox, responding to comments, DMs and mentions with speed, warmth and brand consistency.
- Create systems and playbooks for community engagement, including customer care escalations and proactive outreach.
- Identify, engage and grow relationships with loyal customers, brand advocates and micro‑influencers.
- Surface community insights—frequent questions, sentiment and trends—and share them with product, creative and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with paid social, retention and email teams to amplify high‑performing organic content and community‑driven moments.
Required profile
- Passion for community building and authentic brand storytelling.
- Strong written communication skills and a consistent brand voice.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with creative, product and marketing teams.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Required skills
- Experience managing organic social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging platforms.
- Familiarity with user‑generated content (UGC) pipelines and creator collaborations.
- Understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms and community engagement best practices.
