Oracle Utilities Senior Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking an Oracle Utilities Senior Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for clients. You will guide organizations in adopting Oracle solutions that shift business models toward subscription‑based services, improving finance, operations, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale Oracle consulting projects that address sales, marketing, finance, and operational challenges.
• Advise clients on implementing Oracle Customer Experience (CX) and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) to modernize billing and revenue processes.
• Oversee deployments of Oracle Utilities Customer‑to‑Meter (C2M) and Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) solutions.
• Manage complex business issues from strategy through execution, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Build and nurture client relationships, identifying opportunities to optimize Oracle solution utilization.
• Promote innovative Oracle technologies and best practices across consulting teams.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Oracle consulting or related fields.
• Preferably a Master’s or MBA in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Required skills

• Oracle Customer Experience (CX) implementation.
• Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (RMCS/ORMB) expertise.
• Oracle Utilities Customer‑to‑Meter (C2M) deployment experience.
• Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud knowledge.
