Oracle Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Deloitte is recruiting an Oracle Supply Chain Manager to advise clients on their cloud strategy and help them design and implement solutions aligned with business goals. The role leads implementation workstreams for Oracle Cloud Supply Chain, advises client stakeholders and drives business process transformation, and is open to 13 locations across the US.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with client executives, sponsors and stakeholders.
• Lead implementation workstreams including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional and process design, prototyping, configuration support, testing, training and post-go-live support planning.
• Facilitate current-state and future-state process design, including scenario design, process flows and improvements to efficiency, controls and decision-making.
• Manage team members, give direction and oversee quality of deliverables.
• Support business development, including pursuit participation, proposals, scope definition and pricing discussions.
• Coach junior practitioners and contribute to performance development, staffing, recruiting and retention.

Required profile

• 4+ complex, full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations.
• 7+ years implementing Oracle Supply Chain modules.
• Experience defining systems strategy, documenting requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, designing processes, supporting conference room pilots, configuration, testing and user training.
• Able to travel 50% on average.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems or a related field.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Required skills

• Ability to lead projects, workstreams or teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presentations (preferred: MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment.
• Experience leading an entire work stream of Oracle applications (preferred).
• An advanced degree in the field of specialization (preferred).

Wage range: $134,500-$265,100. A discretionary annual incentive program may be available. Recruiting ends on 1/31/27.
