About the role

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Retail MFCS Functional Consultant to join its Oracle unit in Nashville, TN. The consultant will work on retail‑focused Oracle Cloud solutions, helping clients modernize their merchandise management and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate sprint planning, lead meetings with technical teams and senior client stakeholders.
• Evaluate deliverables, introduce new methodologies and tools to improve execution.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, embed quality planning into workflows.
• Develop project estimates, monitor budgets and optimise resource allocation.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals and foster professional development.

Required profile

• Strategic mindset with proven ability to deliver client‑aligned projects.
• Extensive experience managing complex ERP implementations, especially Oracle Retail.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to steer project economics.
• Excellent relationship building with mid‑level and senior client stakeholders.
