Oracle OTM Consultant

About the role

Infosys is seeking an Oracle OTM Consultant to join its delivery team in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on implementing, customizing and supporting Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and related Oracle applications for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate business requirements across multiple units to align with ERP capabilities.
• Assist in solution architecture and customize OTM and Oracle Apps modules based on detailed specifications.
• Develop new features, perform code reviews and maintain a stable code base.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes and ensure seamless data flow between ERP and external systems.
• Monitor system performance, identify enhancement opportunities and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Produce comprehensive documentation and deliver user training for ERP customizations.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of ERP systems and integration techniques, preferably in transportation or logistics domains.
• Experience handling end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills for working with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.
