About the role
As an Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant – Senior Associate you will work with clients to deliver Oracle Human Capital Management solutions, guiding junior team members and building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Implement Oracle HCM modules such as Absence Management, Benefits Administration and Talent Management.
- Configure and deploy solutions, generate BI Publisher reports and support AI‑driven HR tools.
- Lead business process improvement initiatives and manage change for smooth system transitions.
- Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Preference for a Master’s or MBA in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Leadership or MIS.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Experience using Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.
What we offer
- Salary range $77,000 – $202,000 with discretionary annual bonus.
