Operations Specialist

About the role

Plug is building a marketplace exclusively for used electric vehicles. As an Operations Specialist you will join the Operations team that keeps the marketplace running from vehicle intake to final delivery, handling listings, logistics, payments and partner coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage vehicle listings, ensuring accurate data and pricing.
• Provide direct support to consumers and dealers throughout the transaction process.
• Coordinate logistics, from gate‑pass authorization to final vehicle delivery.
• Collaborate with OEM partners on vehicle intake and delivery workflows.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the end‑to‑end operation.
• Build dashboards and perform data‑driven analysis to inform business decisions.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a technology‑focused environment.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving settings.
• Ability to balance hands‑on execution with strategic ownership.
