Operations Specialist

About the role

The Operations Specialist ensures the smooth coordination of all operational functions at the Sacramento office, creating a compliant and efficient environment for staff, clients, and partners. Reporting to the Site Director, this role serves as the primary point of contact for multiple functional areas, manages reception, and provides broad administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the office’s focal point for day‑to‑day safety and security matters, including incident management and police reporting.
• Report safety and security incidents involving covered persons according to established protocols.
• Develop and deliver office‑specific safety and security onboarding materials and briefings for new staff.
• Coordinate overall office operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Manage reception duties and provide general administrative assistance to the site team.
