Operations Manager – Concierge Primary Care

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our concierge primary care practice in Manhattan. Reporting to the VP of Site Operations, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure high‑quality patient care, and cultivate a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage 6‑7 Patient Care Administrators and provide administrative oversight for RNs and Medical Assistants.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and drive cost‑control initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, expense tracking, and financial performance of the site.
• Foster an inclusive, professional work environment and resolve team conflicts.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of progressive people‑management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably outpatient or concierge practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading teams, performance management, and budget oversight.
• Strong knowledge of patient service standards and regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Apple products.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
