Operations Intern (US)

About the role

Pixi, Inc. is seeking a motivated Operations Intern to support its Operations Department in Los Angeles. The internship offers hands‑on experience with inventory management, order processing and cross‑functional collaboration within a fast‑growing beauty brand.

Key responsibilities

• Track finished‑goods and component inventory using the company’s inventory and accounting software.
• Perform weekly inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams on obsolescence reviews and with demand planning to align replenishment schedules.
• Process purchase and transfer orders in NetSuite, match quantities, and verify receipts from the warehouse.
• Conduct monthly component inventory reconciliations at selected vendor locations.
• Manage inter‑company warehouse transfers and related transactions.
• Prepare shipping documentation, packing lists, commercial invoices and shipping instructions.
• Generate weekly fill‑rate and cut‑rate reports for retailers.
• Support outbound order fulfillment to ensure accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong interest in the beauty industry is a plus.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude with clear verbal and written communication.
• Excellent problem‑solving, time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
