Operations Associate – Part‑Time (North Hollywood)

About the role

Serve Robotics is looking for a hands‑on Operations Associate to keep its autonomous delivery robots running smoothly in the field. You will support robot deployments, perform light maintenance, and ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain field readiness by supporting robots, ensuring timely response, coordination, and order fulfillment.
• Assist in deployment processes, including preparation, inspection, cleaning and placement of robots.
• Track, document, and close escalation tickets while maintaining clear communication and records.
• Operate company vehicles safely to move, recover, or reposition robotic units.
• Prioritize safety by adhering to company safety standards and escalating critical events.
• Manage end‑of‑shift recovery by securing, charging, sanitizing, and accounting for all robotic assets.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate mid‑size utility vehicles.
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering items up to 50 lb.
• Professional customer‑facing experience and strong communication.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with Jira.
• Familiarity with Slack or similar work communication tools.
