Operations Associate – Part‑Time (Hollywood, LA)

About the role

Serve Robotics is looking for a part‑time Operations Associate to support its autonomous delivery robots in the Hollywood area of Los Angeles. You will work directly in the field, helping robots navigate obstacles, perform light maintenance, and ensure timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist robots on‑site by cleaning sensors, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them around unexpected obstacles.
• Support deployment processes, including robot preparation, inspection, cleaning and placement.
• Track, document and close escalation tickets while keeping clear communication with operations, engineering and customer support teams.
• Operate company vehicles safely to move, recover or reposition robotic units as needed.
• Perform end‑of‑shift recovery tasks such as charging, sanitizing and accounting for all robotic assets and equipment.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate mid‑size utility vehicles.
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering items up to 50 lb.
• Professional customer‑facing experience and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with walking or biking several miles per day and working in various weather conditions.
