Operations Associate

About the role

We’re hiring an Operations Associate to design, build, and scale core operational processes at Claim Health. The role is ideal for candidates with 1‑3 years of consulting or startup operations experience who enjoy ambiguity, systems thinking, and direct customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement operational workflows across customer onboarding, claims processes, and ongoing support, and document them through SOPs, playbooks, and internal tooling.
• Identify bottlenecks, work cross‑functionally to improve efficiency and reliability, and build dashboards to track implementation timelines, workflow throughput, and issue resolution.
• Work directly with customers during onboarding and implementation, acting as the day‑to‑day operational partner and translating feedback into product or process enhancements.
• Support implementations from kickoff through go‑live, partnering closely with product and engineering to operationalize new features and ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, operations, strategy, or product operations at an early‑stage startup.
• Strong process‑building instincts and an analytical mindset for defining and managing key metrics.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers and own outcomes end‑to‑end.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills and a high ownership mentality.
