About the role
Join Johnson & Johnson's Operational Excellence (OpEx) team in Danvers as a Co‑Op, supporting lean initiatives that drive manufacturing efficiency and cultural change.
Key responsibilities
- Support implementation of OpEx initiatives and improvement projects using lean tools.
- Facilitate training, awareness, and coaching on OpEx methodologies for teams.
- Act as a change agent, helping peers and managers adopt new processes on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with the global OpEx organization to share best practices and benchmark processes.
Required profile
- Student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain or Engineering.
- Willingness to spend time on the operations floor to understand manufacturing processes.
- Results‑oriented with strong problem‑analysis abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Lean methodologies such as 5S, standard work, visual management, kanban, and Pareto analysis.
- Facilitation and coaching of Kaizen events and workshops.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
What we offer
- Hourly pay ranging from $23.50 to $52.50 based on program year, discipline, and experience.
