About the role

Novakid is looking for enthusiastic English‑as‑a‑Second‑Language teachers to join its global team. You will deliver live lessons to children worldwide from the comfort of your home, using Novakid’s ready‑made curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging, interactive English lessons for young learners via the online platform.
• Follow prepared lesson plans, ensuring each class meets learning objectives.
• Provide feedback and support to students to foster language development.
• Maintain a reliable internet connection and a suitable teaching environment.

Required profile

• Native‑level English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• High school diploma or higher education.
• International teaching certification such as TESOL, TEFL, TEYL, DELTA, CELTA, or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience teaching English to children.

Required skills

• Confidence using online teaching platforms and basic classroom tools.
• Stable high‑speed internet connection.
