About the role
San Francisco Bay University seeks an innovative Online Adjunct Professor to teach and guide students in its newly developed online MBA program. The role blends traditional faculty responsibilities with cutting‑edge AI‑driven learning tools to deliver a personalized, flexible education experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver course content for MBA subjects through live and asynchronous online sessions.
- Collaborate with the university’s proprietary AI avatars to facilitate real‑time discussions, provide feedback, and personalize learning pathways.
- Design and update course materials, case studies, and assessments that align with industry standards.
- Monitor student progress, evaluate performance, and intervene to support diverse learning needs, including neurodivergent students.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the online MBA curriculum.
Required profile
- Advanced degree (MBA or PhD) in Business or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching graduate‑level business courses, preferably in an online environment.
- Strong commitment to inclusive, equity‑focused education and innovative pedagogical approaches.
