About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Hematology and Oncology Department. You will provide direct patient care for individuals receiving chemotherapy, targeted therapies, and other cancer treatments across multiple oncology units.

Key responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care, administer prescribed medications and cancer therapies, and monitor patient conditions.
Develop, update, and evaluate individualized patient care plans and coordinate discharge needs.
Educate patients, families, and visitors about treatments and provide healthcare education as needed.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) with current RN licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
At least one year of acute care RN experience in a hospital setting (military RN experience considered).
Completion of an Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemo/Bio course within two years of hire for chemo‑administering units.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Competence in chemotherapy and biologic therapy administration.
