On-Premise Sales Representative – Bakersfield

About the role

We are experts in the beer, wine and spirits industry seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow on‑premise account relationships in Bakersfield, California. The role involves visiting customer locations, presenting our brands, and ensuring product availability while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and follow an efficient daily route to cover assigned on‑premise accounts.
• Identify sales opportunities during account visits and complete required surveys.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, introduce new products, and manage bar placements and promotions.
• Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves where permitted, and monitor out‑of‑stock situations.
• Provide brand education through staff training seminars.
• Process credits, returns, and manage receivables in a timely manner.
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and special delivery requests.
• Achieve sales, volume, and merchandising targets set by management.
• Collect payments or deliver checks where legally permissible.

Required profile
