On-Premise Market Execution Manager

About the role

The On-Premise Market Execution Manager leads the execution of the Annual Business Plan for the on‑premise channel in a defined geographic area. Reporting to the Senior On‑Premise Execution Manager, this role oversees a team of Market Representatives, drives retail execution, and partners with distributor networks to grow distribution and sales of the CBI beer portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage, coach and develop On‑Premise Market Representatives across the assigned geography.
• Ensure team KPIs are met for distribution, execution, and display standards.
• Collaborate with senior managers, distributor partners and national account teams to create and execute localized on‑premise business plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, operators and managers of strategic on‑premise accounts.
• Oversee new product and packaging roll‑outs, and manage the sales budgeting process for the territory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum four years of sales experience with a malt‑beverage supplier or wholesaler.
• 4+ years of retail sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry, preferably with on‑premise expertise.
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring field sales personnel.
• Strong planning, prioritization and execution leadership abilities.
• Ability to travel 20‑30% of the time and hold a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Competence in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience using business information reporting and sales reporting tools.
