On & Off Premise Account Manager – Nashville

About the role

The SpikedAde Account Manager drives volume, distribution, visibility and merchandising execution across both on‑premise locations (bars, restaurants, clubs) and off‑premise outlets (liquor stores, supermarkets) in the Nashville market. Acting as a brand ambassador, the role builds strong relationships with key accounts and the company’s distributor partner.

Key responsibilities

• Target the top 50 on‑premise and top 75 off‑premise accounts, prioritising based on potential and strategic importance.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to secure distribution, product placement and promotional displays.
• Monitor competitive activity, pricing and market trends, using business math to support proposals.
• Ensure SpikedAde brand standards are met at the point of sale, executing high‑impact displays and POS materials.
• Identify cross‑merchandising opportunities and adapt strategies to venue‑specific traffic.
• Develop and maintain territory and call plans aligned with sales goals, submitting accurate performance reports.
• Manage a master route of accounts, delivery schedules and key contacts, keeping an organized “Go Book”.
• Complete all required documentation, use sales tools to track programs and maintain a professional appearance and organized sales vehicle.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience calling on on‑premise and off‑premise accounts, preferably in CPG or beverage alcohol.
• Experience working with distributors is strongly preferred.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing and budget management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
