About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established CPA firm in Rhode Island that seeks an organized, dependable, and customer‑focused Office Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly year‑round. This role blends administrative support, client interaction, scheduling, and office coordination in a fast‑paced professional environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day office operations.
  • Provide exceptional client service via phone and email.
  • Schedule appointments and support calendar management.
  • Handle document management, scanning, and filing.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Support staff and partners during the busy tax season.

Required profile

  • Prior office management or administrative experience preferred.
  • Professional services or accounting office experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented, dependable, and professional demeanor.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
