Office Clerk – Shipping & Receiving

About the role

Falcon Farms, a leading fresh‑cut flower distributor in the United States, is seeking an Office Clerk to support its shipping and receiving operations at the Coppell, TX hub. The role combines front‑desk duties with warehouse coordination to ensure smooth product flow.

Key responsibilities

• Scan inbound and outbound products to keep inventory records accurate.
• Track and dispatch trucks for shipping and receiving activities.
• Receive, inspect, and unpack deliveries.
• Schedule appointments for incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Report and record damaged pallets.
• Handle front‑desk duties and answer phone calls.
• Manage invoices and additional expense records.
• Maintain communication between shipping and receiving departments.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in shipping, receiving, or a similar role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid work permit.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, with shifts from 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM or 8:00 AM‑4:30 PM; weekend flexibility is a plus.
