Off Premise Sales Representative

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage Arizona as an Off Premise Sales Representative, building relationships with retail customers and driving sales of leading beverage brands. This full‑time position focuses on product placement, merchandising, and territory growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retail accounts daily to ensure shelves are stocked, brand standards are met, and promotional materials are displayed.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, manage inventory levels, and process credits and returns.
• Collect payments where legally permissible and support new account openings in collaboration with the Field Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self‑motivation with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience and at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent training.

Required skills

• Basic PC skills, including proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.
• Analytic and reporting abilities, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
