Merchandiser – West Phoenix (Full-time)

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage as a Merchandiser covering the West Phoenix market. You will bring leading beer, wine, and spirits brands to life on store shelves, creating eye‑catching displays and ensuring product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Build creative in‑store displays that highlight brand attributes.
• Stock, organize, rotate, and replenish products to maintain optimal shelf presentation.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure items are placed correctly and on time.
• Handle POS material, execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with store teams and gather feedback for the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold‑box facings and report out‑of‑stock situations.

Required profile

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling between customer locations.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
