About the role

The Non-Registered Monitor Technician works on Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus, monitoring electrophysiological data from patients during EEG procedures. This full‑time, night‑shift position supports a high‑tech, patient‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

Gather data using closed‑circuit audio/visual equipment and electrophysiological recording instruments.
Operate surface recording electrodes and maintain daily logs of patient status.
Assist with positioning, transporting, and moving patients and equipment.

Required profile

Associate’s Degree in Electroneurodiagnostics or related field (or two years direct patient care experience).
One year experience as a non‑registered EEG Technician.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Ability to obtain ABRET Registered EEG Technologist credential within two years of hire.

Required skills

Use of electrophysiological recording instruments.
Operation of closed‑circuit audio/visual monitoring equipment.
Knowledge of surface electrode placement.
