Non-IT Recruiter – US Sales, Marketing & Operations (Remote PST)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Non‑IT Recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates for fast‑moving business roles across sales, marketing, operations, and leadership in the United States. The position is fully remote, operating on Pacific Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow‑up.
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates for communication skills, motivation, reliability, role fit, and leadership potential.
• Conduct structured phone/video interviews and maintain candidate pipelines in ATS/CRM systems.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Track recruitment metrics, improve conversion rates, and meet hiring targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for U.S. or European markets, specifically non‑IT business roles.
• Full‑cycle recruitment experience in sales, marketing, operations, or leadership positions.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously and work in a performance‑driven environment.
• Availability to work in the U.S. PST timezone.
