NiCE CXONE Architect – Remote US

About the role

Infosys is seeking a NiCE CXONE Architect to join its Financial Services unit. The role is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States and can be performed remotely. As a senior technology architect you will design and guide the implementation of contact‑center solutions that leverage AI, cloud and data‑driven innovation for banking, wealth‑management and insurance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document functional and non‑functional business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Design scalable, reliable and maintainable solution architectures aligned with Infosys frameworks.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools and platforms for implementation.
• Define integration strategies across heterogeneous systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Resolve complex technical issues during build, deployment and support phases while promoting reusable assets.
• Provide expert guidance to development teams and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify risks, monitor system performance and suggest optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior technology architect or architecture consultant in contact‑center environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with both clients and internal teams.
