About the role

Cleveland Clinic Health System is hosting a virtual interview day for new graduate Registered Nurses on October 22, 2026. Candidates will meet nurse leaders and recruiters to explore entry‑level positions across multiple specialties at the Main Campus.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care while participating in a residency curriculum tailored to individual learning needs.
Document patient care accurately in medical records and respond to clinical data indicating patient risk.
Collaborate with a success coach and seek supervision when needed to ensure safe, independent practice.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN nursing program.
Current state RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
New graduate or less than one year of RN experience.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Ability to perform full range of body motions, including patient handling and manual dexterity.
