New Grad Physical Therapist – Full‑Time Home Health

About the role

Join BAYADA’s Integrity Home Care team as a full‑time Home Health Physical Therapist, providing compassionate, one‑on‑one care to patients in the comfort of their own homes across Springfield, MO and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to assess and treat injuries, illnesses, surgeries, or post‑hospitalization needs.
• Perform diagnostic tests, range‑of‑motion measurements, strength and balance assessments, and safety evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that include manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance interventions.
• Document all observations, interventions, and evaluations using a tablet‑based system.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to adjust care plans as needed.

Required profile

• Active, current Physical Therapist license in Missouri.
• Recent PT experience preferred; new graduates with strong interest are welcome.
• Ability to travel locally to assigned client homes.
