New Business Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated New Business Manager to drive net‑new revenue by identifying, developing, and converting opportunities with leading brands. This high‑visibility position offers direct exposure to senior leadership and a clear growth path within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify prospects by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and marketing needs.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across prospective accounts.
• Lead end‑to‑end pitch development and presentations for small to mid‑sized opportunities.
• Partner with Revenue Enablement to create insight‑driven proposals and materials.
• Own deal progression from initial engagement through close, supporting pricing and scoping.
• Stay current on digital marketing, advertising technology, and e‑commerce trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and revenue enablement to improve pipeline quality.
• Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and contribute to forecasting.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client‑facing role.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, media, advertising technology, or e‑commerce.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven relationship‑building and credibility with clients.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑starter with a desire to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally.
