Multi-site Lifestyle Coordinator – Active Adult

About the role

The Multi‑site Lifestyle Coordinator will plan, coordinate and deliver engaging social, educational, wellness and recreational programs for residents of two or more active‑adult communities. This role acts as a visible ambassador of community culture, fostering connections among residents and enhancing overall satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a calendar of lifestyle events, activities and wellness programs across multiple sites.
• Build partnerships with local vendors, service providers and community organizations to enrich programming.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives by assisting with prospect engagement, resident onboarding and move‑in coordination.
• Collaborate with property management teams to align lifestyle offerings with resident needs and community goals.
• Track participation metrics and resident feedback to continuously improve program quality.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on resident engagement.
• Flexibility to adapt programming to diverse resident interests.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi‑site team.
