MSAT Engineer Co-op Spring 2027

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a MSAT Engineer Co‑op to join the Manufacturing Science and Technology team in Wilson, NC. This spring 2027 position supports process technology strategy for biotherapeutic production in a new bioprocessing facility.

Key responsibilities

• Draft clear validation protocols and summary reports following approved procedures.
• Support execution of validation studies, including data collection, review, and documentation of results.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on projects, investigations, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate MSAT activities with contractors and vendors as needed.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university program for the full internship duration.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Available to work full‑time (40 hrs/week) on‑site with reliable transportation.

Required skills

• Ability to draft technical validation documents.
• Data collection and analysis for validation studies.
• Collaboration across MSAT, Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Laboratory teams.
