About the role

Jet Direct Mortgage is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Originators to join a fast‑growing direct lending bank operating in 27 states. You will work with clients to guide them through the home‑buying process while leveraging world‑class origination software and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of loan applications, collect required documents, and ensure timely processing.
• Provide superior customer service by assessing client needs and recommending appropriate mortgage products.
• Meet individual monthly sales goals set by Jet Direct Mortgage.
• Build and maintain a network of prospects, realtors, and referral partners.

Required profile

• Honest, ethical, hardworking, and client‑focused.
• Possess a valid state NMLS license and maintain required continuing education.
• Detail‑oriented with strong decision‑making abilities.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Encompass loan origination system.
• Understanding of appraisals, title reports, and mortgage product guidelines.
• Knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues in the mortgage industry.
